  9. 1.  Turn power on by pressing PWR for at least one second.

  11. 2.  Wait for wake up cycle to end and display to clear.

  13. 3.  Within ten seconds press and hold the CLR key while entering
  14.     3 1 1 1 9 1 7.
  15.  
  16. 4.  The SEND key is used to store and increment each step.
  17.  
  18. 5.  The END key is used to complete and exit programing at any time.
